CANCELLATION POLICY:
CALENDAR OF EVENTS TRIPS AND CLASSES:

Cancellations up to 7 days in advance of trip or class date - Registrants are eligible for full refund**. Cancellations must be made by email.

Cancellations after 7 days and up to to 24 hours in advance of trip or class date - Registrants will be refunded** half of their total registration fee. Cancellations must be made by email.

Cancellations within 24 hours in advance trip or class date - Registrants will forfeit all registration fees. This includes no shows or late arrivals for a trip or class. Cancellations must be made by email.

Cancellations due to weather related and/or hazardous conditions - Registrants will be given choice of credit or a refund**. Requests for refunds for weather cancellations must be made via email and made within 7 day of the trip date.

Two Sisters Adventure Company reserves the right to change location and/or trip format due to water levels or safety hazards.

GIFT CARD purchases: All cancellation policies apply equally to purchases made by Gift Card. Gift Cards can not be refunded after purchase.

Cancellation within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no shows for scholarship funded trips, classes, or camps will result in denial of future use of scholarship funds for 2 years.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: Camp fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made in writing prior to May 1 may request a 50% refund**. Cancellations made after May 1 will result in forfeiture of all fees. No shows to camp will result in forfeiture of all fees.

PRIVATE TRIPS REQUIRING DEPOSIT: Some Private Trips may require a deposit. Any deposit required for a Private Trip will be non-refundable. Private trip credits are good for 18 months from the original trip date. Private trips are non-refundable.

** All refunds a less a 10% processing fee on total refund. Refunds can not be issued for reservations that were made using credits/rain checks, gift cards/gift certificates, or discount codes.
