My Community, My Adventure - June 23-27, 2025 (9-13 year olds)
Camp meets 9am-3:30pm daily.
Camp meeting location will be in areas around Durham within 5-20 minutes drive time of Downtown Durham.
Campers will have the chance to become active members of their Durham community in this fun and engaging camp. Campers will spend the day meeting new people and learning some of the important things our community members do to keep our city moving. We will take part in community service as we move around areas of Durham and learn new ways to be engaged members of our own community.
Campers will need to bring their own lunch, snacks, and water each day. For the protection of all of our campers and staff, we ask that all campers be up to date on all vaccines as recommended by their doctor (including COVID-19 vaccine).
Two Sisters Adventure camps focus on respect, community building, advocacy, and positive reinforcement. All camps provide a combination of active learning, exploring, and quiet time for reflection and personal growth.
Two Sisters Adventure Summer Camp programs are designed to further our mission of breaking down boundaries and making everyone feel welcome. Our camps are designed to build your camper’s confidence and sense of community through hands on learning and discovery. A limited amount of scholarship funds are available. Email us right away for more information. Payment plans available.
We acknowledge that the land this camp takes place on occupies the ancestral land of the Skaruhreh/Tuscarora, Eno, Lumbee, Mánu: Yį Įsuwą (Catawba), Occaneechi, Shakori, Saponi, and Cheraw Nations.
