Capsize Skills Clinic
Reservation/Payment must be made prior to arrival.
Kayaks are for a SINGLE PADDLER. This class is not appropriate for children under 13.
Despite the best plans sometimes things happen and you end up outside of your kayak and in the water. Be a more confident paddler and a responsible paddling buddy and learn some basics of capsize recovery. Practice what to do if you or someone you are paddling with capsize in deep water. Practice self rescue and assists.
Please be aware this is an intermediate skills class. Participants should have basic kayaking knowledge. Class lasts approximately 2-3 hours and all paddling equipment is included.
